Folyze Trade
お問い合わせ
ご登録のメールアドレスと、お使いの環境（iPhone / Android / web）を添えてお送りください。<3（Less Than Three）が対応します。
口座をつなぐには
- アプリまたは web で口座を追加すると、その口座の接続キーが発行されます。キーは作成時に一度だけ表示されます。
- MT5 に Folyze EA を入れ、EA の入力欄に接続キーを貼り付けて動かすと、約定と残高が自動で届きます。
- Folyze EA は口座の状態と取引履歴を読み取って送るだけで、注文を出す・変更する・決済することはありません。
- EA を使わない取引は、「手動で記録」の口座を作ってアプリから入力できます。
解約・プランの変更
Folyze Pro は、購入した場所で解約します。
- iPhone で購入した場合: iPhone の 設定 → Apple アカウント → サブスクリプション から行えます。
- web で購入した場合: web にログインし、メニューの「Folyze Pro」から解約できます。
解約しても、支払い済みの期間が終わるまではそのまま使えます。アプリを削除しただけでは解約されません。
退会（アカウントの削除）
- アプリ: 設定 → 退会する
- web: サイドバー下のユーザーメニュー → 設定 → 退会する（ページの一番下）
口座・取引・記録・共有リンクがすべて削除され、取り消せません。
web で購入した Folyze Pro は、退会と同時に解約されます。iPhone で購入した Folyze Pro は退会しても止まらないので、先に iPhone の設定から解約してください。
規約とデータの扱い
本サービスが表示する数値は、ご自身の過去の取引記録を集計した参考情報であり、投資助言や特定の金融商品の推奨ではありません。

Connecting an account
- Add an account in the app or on the web and a connection key is issued for it. The key is shown only once, when it is created.
- Install the Folyze EA in MT5, paste the connection key into the EA input and run it. Fills and balance then arrive automatically.
- The Folyze EA only reads your account status and trade history. It never opens, modifies or closes orders.
- For trades made without an EA, create a manual-entry account and enter them in the app.
Cancelling or changing your plan
Cancel Folyze Pro where you bought it.
- Bought on iPhone: go to Settings → Apple Account → Subscriptions on your iPhone.
- Bought on the web: sign in on the web and cancel from “Folyze Pro” in the menu.
You keep access until the period you have paid for ends. Deleting the app does not cancel your subscription.
Deleting your account
- App: Settings → Delete account
- Web: the user menu at the bottom of the sidebar → Settings → Delete account (at the bottom of the page)
Every account, trade, journal entry and share link is removed, and this cannot be undone.
A Folyze Pro subscription bought on the web is cancelled when you delete your account. One bought on iPhone is not — cancel it first in your iPhone settings.
